These terms explain the simple rules for using Onzi. By downloading or using the app, you agree to what is described here.
Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Onzi, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, simply do not use the app.
License to use
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Onzi on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unofficial app
Onzi is an independent app that helps collectors organize their albums. We have no connection, sponsorship, or affiliation with FIFA, Panini, or any official body. All trademarks, team names, and crests belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully. Attempting to circumvent, copy, decompile, or use Onzi for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
Trades between users
Onzi is only a tool that helps identify and organize sticker trades between people. Trades are agreed upon and carried out by you and the other person, in person. We do not take part in, mediate, or guarantee any trade.
Intellectual property
The Onzi name, the app, and its original design and software elements belong to its creators. Third-party content (such as team names and symbols) belongs to its respective owners.
Warranties and liability
Onzi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, failed trades, or any damages arising from use of the app. We recommend keeping backups of your information.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page indicates the current version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any matters will be handled in the competent jurisdiction under the applicable law.
